2020 Achievements, 2021 Goals
The conference started with an introduction to Refresh’s continual growth throughout 2020 and the global franchise targets for 2021 within New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Company Co-director Chris Caiger announced that Refresh has continued to see steady franchise growth year-by-year as well as growth acceleration.
Covid-19 and Home Renovations
Economist Tony Alexander attended as a guest speaker. He discussed how COVID-19 has affected the global economy - especially home renovations. Specifically, he advised that travel funds have been getting redirected to home renovation projects. He also noted that spending more time at home has prompted more homeowners to renovate.
